You don't need to download Ztreamy, because the pip command can download and install it. The installation instructions are provided at the Quick Start Guide.
Development version
You can access the current development version of Ztreamy in
the development branch of the Git repository of
the project. It is available at the GitHub page of
Ztreamy.
